Door-to-door notices for the Annual Meeting were hand delivered Jan. 24th and 25th.  If your home is a rental, please email us directly so we can mail you a copy.

Please make a concerted effort to attend the meeting. We will be going over the HOA financials, and voting on the budget for the upcoming year. We will also have four open board positions and are looking for volunteers from Area’s 1, 2, 3 and 5.
