This post is to let you know that our annual meeting is just around the corner. The meeting is scheduled for:

Dues notices will be delivered to homes in the next week. If your home is a rental, please let us know so we can mail you your notice. Please make a concerted effort to attend the meeting. If you have concerns, this is the forum you need to bring them to. We will be going over the HOA financials, and voting on the budget for the upcoming year. We also have several openings for new board members, so now is a great opportunity to get involved in the future direction of the neighborhood.

For Myself, I have been on the board off and on since I moved into the neighborhood 15 years ago. Other than maybe a year or two, I have served in some capacity or another. While I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the board, it’s time for some new faces. Phyllis Murphy has also decided to step down. Phyllis has been a huge asset to the board for several years and we very much appreciate her hard work. Other than the 2 of us, there may be 1 or 2 additional vacancies, so please consider being an area representative.

Our summer BBQ is scheduled for Saturday, July 27th at Cedar Grove Park. Please mark your calendars. This has been a fun event over the last couple of years, and we want to keep the momentum going.
