Mailbox Installation Complete & Community Cleanup Day

Hello Neighbors,

We’re happy to report that the new mailbox units have been installed and mail service has been restored. Any mail that was being held by the Post Office should begin being delivered starting today.

We’ve been going door-to-door distributing mailbox keys, and most residents have received their keys. If you have not yet received your mailbox key, please contact the Board at crystalridgehoaboard@gmail.com to arrange pickup.

Community Cleanup Day – Saturday, June 13

We will also be holding a community cleanup day on Saturday, June 13, beginning at 9:00 AM.

We’ll meet near the creek on 226th and focus our efforts on:

  • The creek area near the corner of 225th and 226th
  • The easement between Areas 6 and 7
  • The retention pond at the end of 6th

Planned work includes cutting back blackberry bushes, removing ivy, and clearing drainage areas where needed.

The Board will have some tools available, but residents are encouraged to bring gloves, loppers, string trimmers, or any other tools that may be helpful.

We appreciate everyone’s patience during the mailbox replacement project and hope to see many of you at the upcoming cleanup day.

Thank you,

Crystal Ridge HOA Board
