This post is to let you know that our annual meeting is just around the corner. The meeting is scheduled for:

Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 promptly at 7:00 PM

Dues notices were emailed out starting Jan. 22nd and door-to-door notices for the Annual Meeting were delivered Jan. 24th and 25th.  If your home is a rental, please let us know so we can mail you your notice. Please make a concerted effort to attend the meeting.  If you have concerns, this is the forum you need to bring them to. We will be going over the HOA financials, and voting on the budget for the upcoming year. We will also have four open board positions and are looking for volunteers from Area’s 1, 2, 4, and 6. So now is a great opportunity to get involved in the future direction of the neighborhood.

Our summer BBQ is scheduled for Saturday, July 26th at Cedar Grove Park. Please mark your calendars. This has been a fun event over the last couple of years, and we want to keep the momentum going.
