Hello Neighbors,

First up, we wanted to formally announce that the Annual Neighborhood BBQ is scheduled for Saturday, July 27th from 11-2 at Cedar Grove Park. We’ll send out a reminder closer to the event, but we wanted to share the update so you could mark your calendars in advance.

We also wanted to take a moment to provide an update on the front signage. As discussed at the annual meeting, the signs at the front of the community were falling apart, and we had set aside some budget this year to try and get them replaced.

Some of you may have noticed that the signs are back up and look brand-new. Our neighbor John Lamb stepped up in a big way and volunteered to repair them, and he did an incredible job. Not only do they look great, but this is a huge cost savings for the community. So if you see John around the neighborhood make sure to thank him (and buy him a beer).
