Area Map

Crystal Ridge is divided into two divisions, which we have further divided into 7 areas. When possible we try to ensure the board is made up of one member from each area.

Division I is composed of Areas 1, 2 and 3.
Division II is composed of Areas 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Units are referred to by a combination of their division and individual lot numbers within that division (ex: II-23 refers to Division II, lot 23, which is in Area 6).

The association has been allotted certain common areas for which it is responsible for maintaining. These consist of green belts, detention ponds, easements and other property not tied to any individual homeowner.

Assessments

Annual assessments are currently $250 per unit, and are typically invoiced in February, around the same time the annual meeting is formally communicated. Any unpaid balances at time of invoice will be charged interest at a rate of 12%.

Payments can be made via check to the following:

Crystal Ridge Homeowner’s Association
2020 Maltby Rd
Ste 7, PMB 309
Bothell, WA 98021

If you choose to pay via your bank’s online bill pay system, please ensure to include your lot number as the account number (ie: II-23). Failure to do so may cause your payment to go unprocessed, as we will not be able to determine the unit associated with the payment.

We also support only payments via credit card or Automatic Clearing House (ACH). Online payments can be made through our online portal. Note that online payments include a fee per transaction (3% for credit cards and a flat $3 for ACH).

Association expenses include, but are not limited to, the following activities, with maintenance of the common areas comprising the bulk of our annual spend.

  • Common area maintenance (landscaping, tree felling, water retention)
  • Legal fees
  • Accounting software
  • Website (hosting, domain rental)

See the Documents page for financial reports that provide a breakdown of expenditure.
